A: Art charges begin at $45.00 per hour and may increase depending on the complexity of your request. Send us a layout and we will send you a quote on the amount of time that we anticipate that your design will take. We will give you a firm quote upon request at a charge of $20.

Q: Can I see what my order will look like before it is shipped?

A: Yes, we can send you a paper proof or a product spec sample of any item in our vast inventory. Keep in mind that actual proofs do take away from delivery schedules and are paid for as a separate charge on your final invoice. Paper proofs are typically at no charge, but if there is a cost associated with it, your sales representative will let you know before the request is made.

Q: Can I have a PMS color match?

A: In most cases the answer is yes. There may be additional set-up fees for exact color matching. Discuss your color requirements in advance and we will let you know your options.

Q: Can I buy only USA made products?

A: Many of our products are made in the orient. If your company requires USA made products, please make us aware of this request at the time you place your order. We will make every attempt at providing a source. We cannot guarantee that every item available is made in the USA.
