Q: Can I Buy Only USA Products?
A: Many of our products are made in the orient. If your company requires USA made products, please make us aware of this request at the time you place your order. We will make every attempt at providing a source. We cannot guarantee that every item available is made in the USA.

Q: Does DSE, Inc. Test For BPA Free Products?
A: Proposition 65 has placed the entire industry on high alert. Many suppliers and manufacturers are offering BPA free products as a standard. DSE, Inc is committed to making sure that your products are safe for your intended audience. Product testing is available with ACT Laboratories and is done at the total expense and request of the customer on any item in the industry.

Q: Can I order samples? What is the cost associated with ordering samples?
A: Our sample policy is simple and we think it is fair. If you are trying to decide on a particular promotional item to purchase and you would like to see the sample before your final decision. Let us know right away. If we have the sample available in our office, we will send it out to your location free of charge as long as you return it within 10 business days. If you require a sample that we do not have in our office, you will be charged the full amount that is billed to our office. This cost may include the cost of shipping/handling and any applicable taxes. You will be sent an order acknowledgement and your signature will need to be present before the ordering process will begin. Typically samples that cost less than 5 dollars are sent from the supplier at no charge but, we must always pass on the freight charges to the recipient. If a sample cost(s) us nothing, it costs you nothing. Samples are limited to 1 per size, color and style. Anything above that is considered a less than minimum order. Please use discretion when ordering samples.
