A: If we make a mistake on your order, please let us know immediately (we have a 15 day return policy) so we can issue a return authorization number and credit your account. Please keep in mind that we can't accept the return of custom manufactured and imprinted goods unless we have made the mistake and until we have issued a return authorization to you. Q: How long is the order process?
A: You can expect 10-14 business days from the time your artwork has been approved. Manufacturing times may vary and your sales representative should discuss your estimated time of shipping at the time you receive the official quote. If your order requires special handling because of an event, please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes. Keep in mind that shipping charges may increase due to rush services.
Q: What is "camera ready" art?
A: Art that is in it's raw format. It is an illustration or graphic design in black and white. This art is clean and very precise. It is most commonly referred to as "Vector" art. Forms are typically done in software like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand.
